Intended for: Non-medical individuals who seek to learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques.

This course is developed in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines to train you in the basic skills required to respond effectively in a life threatening emergency situation.

CPR hands on skills are taught using a mannequin (manikin). Satisfactory completion of a skills performance test results in a certification card by the AHA.

The course also covers choking and warning signs of heart attacks and strokes.
