ACCES: Health & Wellness Lecture Series

UC SAN DIEGO ACCOMMODATION COUNSELING AND CONSULTING SERVICES (ACCES) LECTURE SERIES

The Health and Wellness Lecture Series offers monthly lectures on topics related to health issues, personal well being, and disability prevention and management.

UC San Diego Accommodation Counseling and Consulting Services is pleased to announce May's educational event, the special showing of the DVD "Juicy Living, Juicy Aging." This DVD features Loretta LaRoche addressing the issues of living a more passionate and authentic life, and aging with energy and vitality. Delivered in a personal style that is inspirational, humorous and often irreverent, and using the most recent scientific findings in linguistics, positive psychology and diet, she covers the full spectrum of "juicy content" - language, energy, diet, emotions and behavior.

Loretta LaRoche is an adjunct faculty member of the Behavior Institute of Medicine, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. Ms. LaRoche presents seminars and lectures to employee groups and others around the country on effective ways to address stress, aging, love and life balance.

Please join us for what promises to be an insightful and informative presentation. This event's seating capacity will fill up fast and we will be able to confirm reservations for only a limited number of people. Light refreshments will be served. There will be a prize drawing at noon.
