KEY ADMINISTRATORS/KEY SUPPORT STAFF
SUBJECT: 1995 Universitywide Telephone Directory
Please review the alphabetical listing section of the current Universitywide Directory for publication of the 1995 edition. Changes to the listing must be received from the campus and the UCSD Medical Center departments by August 5, 1994.
Selection criteria is defined in the two categories listed below:
1. AUTOMATIC INCLUSION - Members of the Academic Senate, Professors, Deans, Directors and Department Chairs.
2. AUTHORIZED INCLUSION - Principal campus administrative Officers, key staff administrators and other key personnel who have a need for frequent contact with Universitywide offices and other campuses, and are so identified by the head of their departments.
Submit by memorandum the names of personnel to be added into the Universitywide Directory along with their fax numbers. Also, designate which of the current listings are to be deleted. Please note, the listing that appears in the campus directory will appear in the Universitywide directory with the exception of the fax number. Titles, extensions, mail codes, etc. will be the same in both directories.
