SUBJECT: Improper Use of Electronic Mail
I have been informed that the UCSD computer network has been used to distribute messages that were sexual in nature and may have offended the individuals to whom they were sent. The use of University resources such as electronic mail to disparage individuals or goups on the basis of gender, race, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, or religion is strictly prohibited and violates University policy. If you receive materials of this nature, please notify a supervisor or the Office of Sexual Harassment Prevention and Policy, 534-8297.
