SUBJECT: Appointment--Director, Student Financial Services
I am pleased to announce that Vincent De Anda has accepted the position of Director of Student Financial Services and will assume his responsibilities on July 17. Mr. De Anda received a BA in Business Administration and an MA in Economics from California State University, Fresno. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial aid administration, serving presently as Director of Student Financial Aid at California State University, Los Angeles. Previously, he was Associate Director at Stanford and Assistant Director at the Berkeley campus of the University of California with responsibility for the Graduate Division and the School of Law. He also served as Director of the Financial Aid Community Service Option, for which he received full funding from the Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education. Mr. De Anda also brings experience as a School Relations Officer and recruiter at Berkeley.
