OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT VICE CHANCELLOR - HUMAN RESOURCES February 14, 1996 PLEASE POST ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF MANUAL HOLDERS (029) SUBJECT: Revised Notice -- Interim Personnel Policies Related to Nondiscrimination and Affirmative Action for A&PS Employees This notice supplements the notice regarding Interim Personnel Policies Related to Nondiscrimination and Affirmative Action for A&PS employees dated February 9, 1996 to revise instructions to Manual Holders. Please utilize the hard copies of the Interim Policies attached to the February 9 notice. 112 Nondiscrimination in Employment 113 Affirmative Action 120 Recruitment 121 Selection Manual Holders are requested to take the following actions: 1) Remove and discard A&PS 112, dated May 1, 1993, and insert the page dated January 1, 1996. 2) Remove and discard A&PS 113, dated August 1, 1992 and insert the page dated January 1, 1996. 3) Remove and discard A&PS 120, dated July 1, 1987, and insert the page dated January 1, 1996. 4) Remove and discard page 1 & 2 of A&PS 121, dated June 1, 1993, and insert the page 1 & 2, dated January 1, 1996. On page 3, cross-out 121.13 and 121.14 and retain the rest, dated June 1, 1993.
