SUBJECT: New U.S. Postal "Service"
Mail Services now provides a new, innovative, cost saving service through the U.S. Postal Service that may interest you or your department. This new service is called "FASTNET." It is a First Class, next day delivery for a Fourth Class parcel post rate to zip codes beginning with 919, 920, 921 only. The savings start at one (1) pound and go up to seventy (70) pounds.
NOTE: This service does not apply to mailings that include
manuscripts or items requiring a signature.
