SUBJECT: Stamps by Mail Program
Mail Services is proud to announce the implementation of a "Stamps by Mail" Program. This program allows the campus community (Faculty and Staff) to order stamps for personal use through the campus mail system.
On the day you receive this notice, Mail Services will be sending your department the "Stamps by Mail" order form envelopes. These pre-addressed, self-explanatory envelopes will make it easy for you to obtain postage stamps, thus avoiding a trip to a Postal Facility.
Simply fill out the order form, insert the order form and personal check for the amount of postage into the envelope, and send the self-addressed envelope back to Mail Services. If the items you request are in stock, your order will arrive at your designated mail stop the next day; otherwise allow up to three days. This program does have a few restrictions which are clearly defined in the instructions located inside the order form.
