THURGOOD MARSHALL COLLEGE

SUBJECT: Closure of Thurgood Marshall College Administration Building
On Friday, March 21, all offices in the Thurgood Marshall College Administration Building will close for the week of Spring Break for resealing of floors and walls, and recarpeting. The closed offices include the provost's office, the dean's office, and the academic advising office.
During the period from Friday, March 21, through Sunday, March 30, building occupants will be taking vacation and/or working from their homes or other offices around campus. Employees in remote locations will check frequently for e-mail or voice mail messages. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses for all staff will remain the same; however, please allow for extra response time. Telephone business hours for academic advising (4-4110) will remain 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. College Admissions Information Sessions scheduled during this period will be held in 148 Sequoyah Hall. If you have questions or comments, please call Pat Hansen or Pat Linkenbach at 4-4002, or Anne Porter at 4-4110. The college offices will reopen on Monday, March 31, 1997. Cecil Lytle
