OFFICE FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES June 30, 1997 KEY ADMINISTRATORS/KEY SUPPORT STAFF SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT OF A LEARNING DISABILITY SPECIALIST I am pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Amy Ellis as a Learning Disability Specialist in the Office for Students with Disabilities.
Dr. Ellis' appointment was recommended by a Selection Committee co-chaired by Drs. Alden A. Mosshammer and Hans P. Parr. Her appointment is effective July 1, 1997.
Dr. Ellis has both Masters and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and received her undergraduate degree in psychology from University of California, Irvine. She has extensive professional experience in administration/interpretation/application of neuropsychological and personality psychodiagnostic assessments, education accommodation and counseling of children, teens and adults with LD, ADD/ADHD, ABI/TBI and psychological disabilities.
