As you know, Dr. Irwin Jacobs, CEO and Chairman of QUALCOMM,
Incorporated will address UCSD's graduating class of 1999 at the All University commencement Ceremonies on Saturday, June 12, at 10:00 a.m, at the RIMAC Field. Dr. Jacobs was one of the first

the engineering programs in electrical and computer engineering.
