                     PPM 395-10, Supplement I

Supplement I for PPM 395-10, Employee Benefit Expenditures, has been updated. This revision incorporates additions, changes, and deletions of employee benefit rates since the last revision. This update replaces the previous Supplement I, dated 1/1/99.
