SUBJECT:  Chancellor's State of the Campus Address

As part of the launch of a series of internal communication efforts about front-burner campus issues and my pledge to provide vehicles for dissemination of information about UCSD's future, I am pleased to announce and invite you to attend my State of the Campus Address.

Two open forum sessions have been scheduled as follows:

Medical Center Auditorium
12 noon to 1:00 p.m.

I am approving a one-hour administrative leave with pay for this event. Supervisors may allow employees one hour of administrative leave with pay to attend the event when the absence does not infringe upon the performance of required duties.
