SUBJECT:  The UCSD Staff Association's Annual Holiday Pancake Breakfast

The UCSD Staff Association's 27th Annual Holiday Pancake Breakfast will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2001, in the Price Center Ballroom from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

In recognition of this annual event, I am approving a one-hour administrative leave with pay on December 11th so that employees may attend the Breakfast. Therefore, supervisors are encouraged to grant employees one hour of administrative leave to attend the Breakfast when the absence does not infringe upon the performance of required job duties.

Complimentary parking will be available from 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. at the metered spaces on Myers Drive and in the Gilman Parking Structure. Additional information regarding the Holiday Pancake Breakfast is available at http://orpheus.ucsd.edu/sa/breakfast.html.
