SUBJECT:  Holiday Schedule for the Office of the Controller and
                      Business & Financial Services Units

In addition to closures for the official University Christmas and New Years Holidays, Office of the Controller and Business & Financial Services units will observe the following schedule until normal hours of operation are resumed on January 2, 2002.

The following units will be OPEN for business during the period December 26 through December 28:

Office of the Controller
Business Contracts
Central Cashier
Disbursements
Equipment Management
General Accounting
Office of Post Award Financial Services (OPAFS)
Payroll
Purchasing
Shipping & Receiving
Storehouse
Travel

The following unit will be CLOSED for business during the period December 26 through December 28:

Student Business Services (SBS)--Any critical needs during this time related to student billing, campus billing or collections can be addressed by calling 822-0477.

The following units will be CLOSED for business on Friday, December 21, due to the conversion of the ISIS system:

Central Cashier
Student Business Services

Please refer to the campus notice dated December 6 for the holiday hours of operation of the various Mail Services facilities.
