ALL ACADEMICS AND STAFF AT UCSD (excluding UCSD Healthcare)

SUBJECT:  Phones unavailable - March 28 from 9PM to 2AM

The campus telephone system will undergo a major maintenance upgrade as part of our continuing efforts to maintain and improve services. Due to this procedure, campus telephone services will be unavailable for about five hours on Thursday, March 28th, beginning at 9:00PM until approximately 2:00AM. Medical Center phones services will not be interrupted or affected at all since they are operated by a different telephone switch.

After the upgrade has been completed, you will need to reset the 'Accept 2nd Call' by pressing the designated button and, if applicable, enable the 'Follow Me' (*2*) and/or the 'External Call Forward' (*23*) features on your phone.
