SUBJECT:  Informal Review of PPM 160-2, Disclosure of Information
                     from Student Records

Although the proposed revisions were triggered by changes in UC Policies Applying to the Disclosure of Information from Student Records, revised April 25, 2002, the office of Student Policies and Judicial Affairs would now like to invite the UCSD community to review the revised UCSD policy and procedures and provide comments by September 5, 2002. The policy is available online at:
http://adminrecords.ucsd.edu/ppm/updates/160-2.html. All comments received will be evaluated and as appropriate, incorporated into the policy. Comments should be forwarded to Nick Aguilar naguilar@ucsd.edu.

The policy should be implemented by September 16, 2002.
