SUBJECT:  URGENT -- Open Enrollment Information

THE ANNUAL HEALTH AND WELFARE INFORMATION DAY (BENEFITS FAIR) IS BEING HELD FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2002 FROM 11 A.M. TO 3 P.M. IN THE PRICE CENTER, BALLROOM B. Health and welfare plan carriers and Benefits staff are present to assist employees with their open enrollment inquiries. Open enrollment booklets and other materials are also available.

Although Open Enrollment materials WERE MAILED BY THE UC OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT TO ALL EMPLOYEES OVER TWO WEEKS AGO, many employees still have not received them. If you have not received your information, you may access general open enrollment information at the following Blink page:
