SUBJECT:  Fiscal Closing - 2002/2003

Fiscal Closing instructions for 2002/03 are available in BLINK, Finance Tab, at http://blink.ucsd.edu/go/fiscalclosing. All departmental bookkeepers and other personnel involved in the Fiscal Closing process should become familiar with these instructions.

These instructions contain specific guidelines regarding Cutoff Dates, Disposition of Unexpended Balances and Detail Instructions for Departmental Actions. Also included is a Fund Contact list.

Please bring this notice to the attention of those concerned.
