SUBJECT:  Chancellor Dynes Farewell Reception

On behalf of the faculty, students and staff at UCSD, we would like to invite you to join the entire campus community in bidding a fond farewell to Chancellor Robert C. Dynes on Thursday, September 4, 2003, 4:00-5:30 p.m. at the Cecil and Ida Green Faculty Club. As you know, Chancellor Dynes will be leaving to become President of the University of California effective October 2, 2003.

Refreshments will be provided. Also, there will be an opportunity to sign your name to a farewell message.
