Attached is a revised PPM 160-6, Protocol for Campus Notification in the Event of a Student Death, effective 9/15/2003.

Input was solicited and provided by various members of the UCSD community, including key administrative officers that are generally provided notification of reports of student deaths. Please bring this material to the attention of those individuals who may be involved with the death of a student.
