Libraries Holiday Schedule, Dec. 23, 2004 - Jan. 2, 2005

Hours:

In recognition of the recommended campus closure during the 2004 holiday season, all UCSD Libraries, with the exception of the Medical Center Library (MCL), will be closed December 23, 2004 - January 1, 2005. MCL will be open December 27-29, 2004, to support the clinicians at the Medical Center. Most Libraries will reopen on January 2. For a complete schedule of library hours, go to

Course Reserves:

Instructors who plan to offer library-supported course reserves during Winter Quarter 2005 are strongly encouraged to prepare and submit course reserve lists immediately. Course lists may be submitted via http://libraries.ucsd.edu/services/reserves-form.html. Course reserve lists submitted by instructors after December 22 will be processed in the order received starting on January 3.

Electronic Resources:

Many online resources, including databases and electronic journals, will be available for remote access during the closure. Access to library-supported restricted resources will be through the campus proxy server.
