New Earnings Advisory Statement/Direct Deposit Promotion

We are pleased to announce the upcoming release of UCSD's new Payroll Direct Deposit and Check Earnings Advisory Statement. Our new statements will provide you with expanded pay and deduction information and display information not available on our current statements. We will begin using the new statements on the bi-weekly payday of 3/24/04 and the monthly payday of 4/1/04. For those of you who are still receiving a paper check, we would like to take this opportunity to invite you to enroll in Payroll Direct Deposit. Payroll Direct Deposit offers many benefits, including time savings, convenience, and free checking and bank services at select financial institutions. Employees who currently receive a paper check and enroll in Payroll Direct Deposit by April 30, 2004, will be eligible for a drawing to receive one of ten (10) $50.00 Target gift certificates.
