We are pleased to announce that a new service for viewing your training history called MyTraining is now available for use by staff and faculty who have taken Staff Education and Development courses. The departments of Human Resources, Environment, Health and Safety, and Administrative Computing and Telecommunications (ACT) collaboratively developed the service.
Staff and faculty training histories continue to be available through Enrollment Central, and now MyTraining makes them available through Blink.
Additionally, supervisors can use the Training Activity by Employee Easy Query to review the training history of employees who report to them. Safety Officers can use the Training Activity Query to review the safety training history of employees for compliance with federal and state safety training requirements.
To use MyTraining, you will need to have a web browser, connection to the Internet, and a Single Sign-on user account. If you do not have a Single Sign-on account yet, you will be asked to self-register (see http://blink.ucsd.edu/go/ssonew for more information).
