Effective immediately, the University's supplemental military pay policy has been revised. The University will provide supplemental military pay and will continue the University's contribution to health plan benefits until the end of an employee's active military commitment or until the end of the 2004-05 fiscal year, whichever comes first.
The University will continue to pay the UC contribution to health plan premiums for employees who are ineligible for the supplemental military pay because their military pay exceeds their University wages through the end of an employee's active military commitment or until the end of the 2004-05 fiscal year, whichever comes first.
