Business and Financial Services Holiday Schedule

During the holiday season, UCSD Campus (excluding the hospitals and clinics) will officially be closed December 23, 2005 through January 2, 2005. The Business and Financial Services (BFS) divisions that will be closed during this period include the Office of the Controller/BFS Administration, Central Cashier, General Accounting, Office of Post Award Financial Services, and Student Business Services.

The following BFS units will be closed, with limited services being provided over the break: Disbursements and Travel, Express Card Program, Payroll, Purchasing/Equipment Management. Please refer to Blink for further information:

The following BFS units will be open on a limited schedule:

Mail Services will be open December 27, 28 and 29. Morning deliveries will be made only to units who previously reported that they are open.

Marketplace: Receiving will be open December 27, 28 and 29. Deliveries of orders including gas cylinder and perishable items, will be made only to units who previously reported that they are open. Marketplace recommends that departments order frozen and priority packages to be delivered directly to their department locations during the campus closure.
