This is to reaffirm UCSD's policy for the appropriate conduct of business for faculty and staff involved with the purchase and contracting of goods and services. The University's policies establish guidelines to ensure that all purchasing and contracting activities are conducted in a manner that fosters and promotes fair and ethical business practices. All faculty and staff should understand and comply with these policies and ensure that responsible buying practices are honored in all procurement related activities.
