SUBJECT:    Survey of the Use of Library Resources

The campus is conducting a twelve-month survey of the use of library resources. The survey, which has both online and paper components, is part of a cost analysis of library usage which may benefit the Libraries' budget.

The online survey will appear for two hours each month, at different times each month, every time you access designated websites or use selected library services. The three-question survey should take less than one minute to answer, after which you will be connected to the website or service you requested.

The paper survey will be given in campus libraries during selected periods each month. A survey will be handed out at the door and recipients will be asked to return the completed survey when they exit the building.

The survey methodology has been designed to comply with requirements for cost analyses of this type.

Thank you in advance for your help in completing the survey should you receive it. A high response rate will help us to insure that we receive adequate support for campus contributions to funded research projects.
