Business and Financial Services Holiday Schedule

During the holiday season, UCSD Campus (excluding the hospitals and clinics) will officially be closed December 24, 2007 through January 1, 2008. The Business and Financial Services (BFS) divisions and operations that will be closed during this period include the Office of the Controller/BFS Administration, Central Cashier's, Disbursements and Travel, Express Card Program, General Accounting, Office of Post Award Financial Services, Payroll, Purchasing and Student Business Services.

The following BFS units will remain open on a limited schedule:

- Mail Services: Will be open December 26. Morning delivery of payroll checks will be made only to units who previously reported that they are open.

- Marketplace: Deliveries of gas cylinders will be made only on an emergency basis on December 26, 27 and 28. Marketplace recommends that departments order frozen, perishable and priority packages to be delivered directly to their department locations during the campus closure.
