Appointment of Acting Director - Physical Planning

I am delighted to announce that Brad Werdick will assume responsibilities as Acting Director of Physical Planning, effective January 2, 2008. Mr. Werdick is filling the position held by Sue Peerson, who has elected to retire after nine years of outstanding service to the University. As Acting Director, Mr. Werdick's responsibilities will include the development of campus land use plans, the selection of sites for new buildings, and environmental impact analyses. A search to permanently fill this position will advance during the Winter quarter.
