SUBJECT:    Relocation of the Offices of Admissions and Relations with

Schools, Financial Aid and Registrar The Offices of Admissions and Relations with Schools, Financial Aid, and Registrar are relocating to the new Student Services Center, 402 University Center (Building 931 on campus maps), located across from the Chancellor’s Complex and southwest of the Price Center (one block east from our current location).

The Office of the Registrar will be closed on Thursday, March 22 and will re-open at noon on Friday, March 23. Their offices are located on the second floor. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, March 26 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Office of Admissions and Relations with Schools will be closed from 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28 through Tuesday, April 3. The office will reopen at 10 a.m. on the fourth floor on Wednesday, April 4. Normal business hours will resume on Thursday, April 5 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Financial Aid Office will be closed on Friday, April 20, and Monday, April 23, as they will be relocating to the third floor of the Student Services Center. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, April 24. Their office hours are Mon., Tues., Wed. and Fri., 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On Thursdays, the office hours are 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The new Triton Center, located on the first floor, will serve prospective undergraduate freshmen, transfer students and their families. The Campus Tours Office will also be located within the Triton Center. Both newly admitted students and current UCSD students may drop off their transcripts and speak with an admissions officer in the Triton Center. The Triton Center will open at 10:00 a.m on Thursday, March 29 and will resume normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

During this transition, there may be a disruption of email, phone and mail services.
