W-2 Data

Several University of California locations, including San Diego, participated in a program offered via TALX Corporation which allows employees to download W2 data into tax return preparation software products such as Turbotax. If you did not opt out earlier, but would like to have your data deleted from the TALX database, you may do so by going to At Your Service Online (AYSO) at https://atyourserviceonline.ucop.edu/ayso/.

Once you complete this process, you will receive an email notification confirming your action. The deadline to submit this election is June 30, 2007. Please note that this one-time election to delete data from TALX is irrevocable. For more information or detailed instructions please visit BLINK at http://blink.ucsd.edu/go/onlinew2.
