BENEFICIAL OCCUPANCY - East Campus Graduate Student Housing

The construction of East Campus Graduate Housing is nearing completion. The site is located at One Miramar Road, to the west of Mesa Graduate Housing.

This project consists of six buildings: Buildings #1 through #4 are apartments; Building #5 is Administration, and Building #6 is the Parking Structure.

Beginning on July 28, 2007, Building #1 will begin occupancy and the Parking Structure will be open. This will complete the occupancy for the entire facility.
