SUBJECT:	Director of the Center for Astrophysics and Space
	Sciences (CASS)

I am pleased to announce the appointment of George Fuller as the Director of the Center for Astrophysics and Space Sciences effective July 1, 2007. George Fuller is a Professor of Physics and is known for his research in theoretical astrophysics, especially his work on neutrinos, massive objects, and cosmology.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Professor Art Wolfe for his service as director. Since his appointment in 1997, he has brought national and international recognition to the Center.
