2007 UCSD Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action and Diversity Awards Program Recipients

I am pleased to announce the 2007 UCSD Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action and Diversity Awards Program recipients.

The October 2007 announcement of the awards program invited and encouraged nominations to recognize those individuals, departments and organizational units who have made outstanding contributions in support of UCSD's commitment to diversity. A review committee composed of representatives from each vice chancellor area evaluated the nominations and recommended the award recipients for my approval.

A ceremony will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 14, 2008, in the Price Center Ballroom to recognize the following 2007 Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action and Diversity Awards Recipients:
