The University of California has updated and expanded policy on employee non-cash awards and gifts. Highlights include:

*Change in frequency and annual amount for recognition awards

*New policy for sympathy gifts

*Additional information on raffles and other incentive gifts

*Updated procedures for purchasing and presenting gift cards

*Guidance on quantity purchases of on-the-spot gift cards

Blink has been updated with new pages including a summary of allowable employee gifts and awards with the per-person limits and a page on gift cards.
