CONSTRUCTION ALERT UPDATE – North Campus Wedge Phase IV

Project Description/Location

The North Campus Wedge Phase IV project includes the planting and irrigation of approximately 82,000 SF of site area located in the area between the new Village at Torrey Pines West and Eleanor Roosevelt College. The Wedge Phase IV project completes the final phase of the North Campus Wedge Project.

Immediate Street Impacts

Commencing is mid-October through December 2009; vehicular traffic around the site and on adjacent streets will be impacted at times to accommodate construction activities and utility work. There will be occasions when Scholars Drive North will be limited to one lane of traffic because of utility installations. During these times flagmen will be present to direct traffic. Pedestrian sidewalks adjacent to the project site will remain open throughout the duration of the Project.
