SUBJECT:	H1N1 Vaccine Available to All High-Risk Students,
	Faculty and Staff

H1N1 Vaccine will be available to all students, faculty and staff who are considered to be high-risk for complications from influenza. These high-risk categories include:

* Pregnant women
* People who care for children younger than 6 months of age
* Persons ages 24 years and younger
* Healthcare workers
* Persons under age 65 with chronic conditions including asthma or other lung diseases, diabetes or other endocrine problems; heart, kidney, liver diseases; immune suppressive conditions, or conditions requiring immune suppressing medications

A mass vaccination clinic will be held at Student Health Service in the upstairs, north conference room on Wednesday, December 16th from 10-4. Vaccine will be administered by Maxim Health Systems for a $15 fee (faculty/staff) or $10 for students. Fees to be payable by cash or check to Maxim Health Systems at the time of vaccination.
