SUBJECT:	CONSTRUCTION ALERT – Health Sciences Graduate and Professional Student Housing Project: Sewer Connection
	on Villa La Jolla Drive

Project Description/Location:

The work will consist of saw cutting, trenching, sewer line and manhole installation, trench and asphalt repair required to provide a sewer connection from the new Health Sciences Graduate and Professional Student Housing Project to the existing sewer line located in Villa La Jolla Drive.

Immediate Street Impacts:

Beginning on March 20, 2009 and continuing until March 27, 2009, the south bound lanes of Villa La Jolla Drive will be the site of underground utility work to accommodate a sewer connection for the Health Sciences Graduate and Professional Student Housing Project. There will be at least one lane open at all times in the south bound direction from 7 am to 4 PM. Traffic control, including flagmen, will be present at all times to direct south bound traffic. After 4 PM metal plates will be installed to allow for full south bound traffic flow.
