The campus telephone system will undergo a major maintenance upgrade as part of our continuing efforts to improve services. Due to this procedure, campus telephone service will be unavailable for about two hours beginning at 11:00 p.m. on Friday, May 22nd. Medical Center phones will not be affected.
After the upgrade, you may have to reset the "Accept 2nd Call" feature, enable the "Follow Me" (*2*) feature, or enable the "External Call Forward" (*23*) feature on your phone. Also, the message waiting indication for analog phones will be changed from the elevated dial tone to a pulsating dial tone.
