SUBJECT:	Memorial Service Set for UC San Diego Founding

A campus community memorial service for UC San Diego’s founding Chancellor, Herb York, will be held Friday, October 9, at 11 a.m. at the Mandeville Center. Chancellor York passed away May 19, 2009, at the age of 87.M

We are working with Sybil York and the York children to plan the service. Additional details will be provided in the Fall.
