SUBJECT:	Office of Contract and Grant Administration (OCGA)
	Holiday Closure

During the holiday season, UCSD Campus (excluding the hospitals and clinics) will officially be closed December 18, 2010 through January 2, 2011. OCGA will be closed during this period and the contract and grant analysts will not be available to submit proposals or take action on award negotiations.

Principal Investigators and Department/ORU administrators need to be mindful of this closure when planning the submission of proposals with deadlines that fall between these dates, as well as deadlines in early January 2010. Proposals with deadlines during the official campus closure should arrive at OCGA no later than Monday December 13th for assurance they will be reviewed and submitted to the sponsor by December 18th.

We look forward to assisting Investigators and Department/ORU staff with any proposal actions prior to the UCSD campus holiday closure and appreciate your efforts in being timely in these submissions.
