SUBJECT:    CONSTRUCTION ALERT - SIO Sewer Replacement

Project Description:

The scope of this project is the installation of a new sewer line in Biological Grade. The line will extend from northwest of the intersection of Biological Grade and La Jolla Shores Drive across the driveway and into the Fisheries Building, and south in Biological Grade to Isaacs Hall.

Impacts:

Parking Lot 013 will be closed for the duration of the construction project and Parking Lot 012 will be closed commencing January 2011. Biological Grade to the Fisheries building will be plated and available for traffic use after 3 pm daily from December 9 through January 4, 2011. After January 5, 2011 and through February 23, 2011 Biological Grade will be completely closed from this location south to Isaacs Hall. Additionally, although the Isaacs Hall North Service Yard will not be available during this construction period, the Isaacs Hall South Service Yard will remain accessible.
