Phase II of Academic Personnel On-Line Review Now Available

I am pleased to announce that Academic Personnel On-Line Review, Phase II, is available for processing 2010-2011 academic review files (actions effective July 1, 2011).

Phase II allows processing of General Campus and Health Sciences files that require review by the dean and the Committee on Academic Personnel (but not by other campus reviewers or external reviewers), and for which the Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs has final authority.

This phase builds on Phase I, released in July 2009, which allows processing of General Campus and Health Sciences files for which deans have final authority. More capabilities will be added in future phases of development.

AP On-Line Review is intended to provide an efficient, effective way to prepare and process academic review files, to help ensure compliance with University review policies, and to safeguard academic appointees’ rights.

AP On-Line Review is one of three components currently available in the AP On-Line Suite of Services. The others are AP On-Line e-Recruitment Plan (for creating, submitting, and routing plans for open recruitments), and AP On-Line Recruit (for receiving and reviewing applications for faculty positions).
