SUBJECT:	UAW Representation of Postdoctoral Fellows at the University
	of California

The University of California and United Auto Workers (UAW) have reached a contractual agreement that details the UAW's representation of postdoctoral fellows at the University. The contract will be implemented September 1, 2010. Working with UCOP Labor Relations and the UC Bargaining Team, our campus is preparing training materials and planning training sessions to assist administrators, staff and faculty in the implementation of this contract.
