The Conference will be held in the Price Center West Ballroom on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This year’s keynote speaker will be Dr. Kim E. Barrett, Dean of Graduate Studies. Dean Barrett is also the 2009 recipient of the prestigious San Diego YWCA Tribute to Women & Industry (TWIN) Award which honors women who have made significant contributions and achieved excellence in the workplace.
Supervisors are asked to allow their staff members to attend this event, as long as absences do not create an undue hardship on work activities or patient care.
