This quarterly newsletter covers news and issues of interest to our
campus research community. Of special interest in this issue:

* NSF now requires data-management plans, and we can help you prepare
   them.
* We've streamlined the process of submitting NIH progress reports.
* New export compliance certification requirements have been
   established, and we can help you meet those requirements.
