Resource Management & Planning Holiday Schedule

During the holiday season, UCSD Campus (excluding the hospitals and clinics) will officially be closed December 22, 2012 through January 1, 2013. Some Resource Management and Planning (RMP) divisions and operations will remain open during this period with limited staffing and limited services. All units will be closed during the official holiday schedule period unless otherwise noted.

Resource Management & Planning Administration - Closed

Audit & Management Advisory Services - Closed

Auxiliary Business Services Administration (including Fleet Services)

Campus Budget Office - Closed

Policy & Records Administration - Closed

Strategic Campus Resource Initiatives (including Campus Planning, Capital Planning, Community Planning, Financial Analysis Office, Institutional Research, and Physical Planning) - Closed

Bookstore & Perks Café are open the following days during the campus closure:
Saturday, December 22 from 12 noon to 5 pm
Wednesday-Friday, December 26-28 from 8 am to 5 pm

Facilities Management will provide adequate staff to cover campus emergencies and to perform special projects that can only be handled during low occupancy levels. For emergency services contact (858)534-2930 and your call will be referred to an appropriate team member for response.
