Ethnic/Gender Identity Information Survey

This notice is to inform you that employees in your area whose ethnic or gender identity is listed as "unknown" in the campus Payroll/Personnel System will be surveyed this month. We are conducting this survey in order to comply with Federal laws which require UC San Diego, a federal contractor, to collect data on gender and ethnicity for all of its employees.

These data collection survey efforts will be undertaken three times per year (January or February, May and September). We request your support by encouraging employees to respond to the survey or contact me if they have questions at (858) 534-3694 or via email at pdoss@ucsd.edu.
