The Council of University of California Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) leadership partnered with Towers Watson consultants last year to develop and distribute a "Staff Engagement Survey" to a large sample of UC policy covered staff.
The survey was designed to obtain feedback regarding the work environment at each of the UC campuses and covered topics including career development, communication, organizational change, and performance management.
On Monday, June 10, 2013, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Price Center West Ballroom A, the Human Resources Department and the UC San Diego Staff Association are sponsoring a staff forum to share the survey results. The forum will also offer attendees the opportunity to ask questions and provide comments and suggestions. Light refreshments will be served.
Those staff who are unable to attend the forum will be able to view a podcast of the event subsequent to June 10th. Details for accessing the podcast will be announced soon.
